WELCOME!
HOLY WEEK
Every year, the Church tells the ancient story of salvation. We return to it again and again because it is the story that reveals the depth of God’s love for the world. Holy Week is the Church’s most profound way of telling that story in ways that engage all of our senses.
Beginning with Palm Sunday, we step into the final days of Jesus’ earthly life—walking the road from shouts of “Hosanna,” to the table of the Last Supper, to the cross, and finally to the wonder of the empty tomb and the announcement that “Christ is risen. Truly he is risen!”
At the heart of Holy Week is what the Church calls the Triduum—the “three days” from Maundy Thursday evening through Good Friday and into the Great Vigil of Easter. This year, Maundy Thursday will be especially meaningful at Grace as Retiring Bishop Rob joins us as presider and preacher.
Across these days, the Church keeps one continuous act of prayer: beginning at the table where Jesus shared bread and wine with his friends, continuing at the foot of the cross, and culminating in the deep night of Easter when a new fire is kindled and the first proclamation of resurrection is chanted.
These liturgies are not separate events, but one unfolding story of love stronger than death. We invite you to walk this sacred journey with us. Below you’ll find the full schedule for Holy Week and Easter at Grace. We hope you will make plans now to join us as we gather again, speak the ancient words again, and enter this holy story once more.

A Message from Grace’s New Priest-In-Charge, Father Ed Cardoza
Dear Parishioners of Grace Episcopal Church: I am deeply blessed, humbled and thrilled to accept the appointment to serve as your priest-in charge. At every turn during the discernment process with your Transition Team and Vestry, I was moved by the way Grace Episcopal Church embodies the very best of what any strong parish community aspires to be: warm, engaged, diverse, thoughtful, and open to the meanderings of the Holy Spirit. I have already begun to witness in you a congregation that is alive in faith and committed to deepening a shared vision of community rooted in love, trust and grace. Your dedication to the
